MPMG is governed by a thirteen physician Board of Directors which determines all Group strategies, priorities, and policies. The Board is supported by a dedicated management staff and six standing Committees: Medical Policy, Quality Management, Credentials, Finance and Audit, Executive, and a Physician Compensation Committee.
