An essential part of our integration is the extensive information technology (IT) infrastructure MPMG has created.  This includes our development and implementation of the NextGen® fully integrated practice management and electronic medical record (EMR) system for our physician offices.  With electronic interfaces between individual physicians and MPMG, we are reducing the administrative burden and costs created by multiple individual health plan requirements, improving the flow of healthcare information and increasing the efficiency of care.  These tools provide physicians the means to optimally manage and coordinate the care of their patients, and can be used for HMO and non-HMO patients alike.
